While in a
marketing role
with a large
Canadian
corporation Greg took
the Real Estate
licensing
courses for
personal
interest, as he
was considering
a duplex or
triplex purchase
for investment
purposes.
Although these
course were only
for curiosity
and he did not
plan on becoming
a Realtor, his
top marks and
keen interest in
Real Estate
prompted his
leaving the
corporate world
in 2001.
